Optional Services
If Caterers Sussex is providing the food for your event, it is also possible to hire some of our staff. Chefs at £20 an hour, waiting staff at £15 an hour. We can also supply you with crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee urns and chaffing equipment.
Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Full terms and conditions for Caterers Sussex are detailed below. By paying your deposit, it will be deemed that the terms and conditions are understood and accepted as applying to your order.
PRICES
All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your needs, numbers and staffing. Following your consultation, your quote will be valid for up to 1 month. Paying your deposit will secure this price and the slot in the diary.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable £500 deposit for your catering is required in order to secure your function and chosen date. If your deposit is not paid within 1 month of quoting you, we reserve the right to cancel any previous arrangements. The final payment has to be made one full month prior to your wedding or function.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by bank transfer, the name of the business is Caterers Sussex and the bank is HSBC Sort Code 40-20-06 Account No 32037378. Can you please email us with confirmation of your bank transfer to info@catererssussex.com in order to prompt acknowledgement of your payment.
If full payment is not received in full and cleared in our account before the function takes place, then the food will not be released or catered for.
CANCELLATION
If cancellation of a function takes place, we reserve the right to retain your non-refundable £500 deposit. If cancellation takes place 2 weeks before the event then we reserve the right to retain the full 100% of the full payment.
In the case of very unusual circumstances beyond our control such as ill health or accident, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, you will receive a full refund of your payment for your catering.
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If any of your guests have special dietary requirements such as gluten and wheat free, diabetic... please let us know so that we can cater appropriately.
