It all started 45 years ago when Peter, our master baker learnt the art of making artisan bread, pastry and British confectionery all by hand. Our master baker has extended his skills to all the morning goods, cakes as well as savouries which he bakes daily on the premises. He has taught some of his skills to his wife who gives him a hand and now shares his passion for good food. Whenever possible we use locally sourced produce and free range.
