Excellent food and beautifully presented. We loved the seabass decorated with the French touch. All the canapes were made fresh in our kitchen and served with champagne when our guests arrived. The kitchen was left immaculate after the service, I would not hesitate in recommending Caterers Sussex.

We booked Raymond for our first wedding anniversary meal. My wife had just given birth to a baby and couldn't contemplate going out but wanted a special meal for us to enjoy at home. So I booked Raymond who discussed different options of menus with me to accommodate both our tastes and dietary requirements (Jewish and Gluten and Wheat Free). It was superb and attention to detail was given for every dish. Raymond made the evening stress free and memorable.

50th Birthday Party - Rose was recommended to us by a friend of mine. We had canapes which we chose from a long list, delicious homemade quiches and salads, salmon and French patisseries. They also brought all the crockery and cutlery and took it all away with them.  It was all greatly appreciated by all my guests and it was a very successful event. Thank you.
